As founder of Ané & Company Florida Real Estate and Horse & Home Estates, Cinthia’s visionary approach has consistently found her on the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in America list. The formation of Horse and Home Estates Saratoga, her newest venture, is the direct result of her ties to thoroughbred racing, her love of and Saratoga Springs and a serendipitous relationship with well-admired Saratogian, Michele Funiciello.

Cinthia grew up immersed in the world of thoroughbred racing, riding her father’s racehorses and competing on the USEF show circuit. Her competitive highlights include the Winter Equestrian Festival in Palm Beach, FL; The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL; the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Tryon, NC; as well as the Kentucky National Finals and Retired Racehorse Project in Lexington, KY.
 
Alongside her husband, renowned bloodstock agent Tom McGreevy, Cinthia is committed to the welfare of retired racehorses. She currently serves as Vice President of NYRA’s Take the Lead Thoroughbred Retirement Program and TAKE2 Second Career Thoroughbred Program, helping equine athletes transition into loving new homes and second careers.
 
Prior to real estate, Cinthia built a successful career as a national print model and commercial actress in New York, Dallas, Miami and Chicago. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Samantha and Marissa. Samantha is a licensed real estate agent in Lexington, KY and an accomplished horsewoman. Marissa is an international contract attorney now living in Glastonbury, CT. Both are deeply involved in the equine world as co-founders of Barn Door Software, a CRM and sales system built specifically for the equine industry, set to launch late 2025.
